Lyra benefits are provided by many large employers to ensure that employees and their family members can access therapy, life coaching, and psychiatric services. Contact your HR department to inquire about benefits. Once you have established that Lyra benefits are available to you simply log onto the Lyra website, create an account for you or your loved one and schedule an appointment with me.

The name “Carelon” is derived from the word “care” and suffix “-lon,” which means complete.

These words form Carelon and reinforce our commitment to providing complete care. 

Carelon California is only available in the Los Angeles area however, I provide complete care to clients through video therapy. No referral or authorization is needed. Simply contact me and we can schedule an appointment.
